EXHIBIT SPACE ATTENDEES: Maximum of 3 per Single Space, 4 per Double Space at no additional charge. Up to 3 additional attendees (for either a single or double booth) may attend at a reduced rate of $450.00. All Exhibit Space Attendees will receive a complimentary HMS Membership. Any attendees beyond this limit are charged the going rate for a regular attendee (See Symposium Registration for Details). Please note that Attendee #1, below, shall be in charge and responsible for the exhibit.

Offsite Event Tickets
Each exhibitor will have the opportunity to purchase up to 3 tickets to the offsite dinner event at a reduced cost. The offsite event and cost is yet to be finalized. When the offsite event is finalized, exhibitors will be notified and given the opportunity to purchase reduced cost tickets.
